Returns & Refunds

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used lipstick or lip gloss. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will either send a replacement or issue a refund, at our discretion.

Please note that colors may appear differently on various screens due to individual monitor settings and brightness. Slight differences between the shade you see on your device and the product you receive are normal and will not be considered a defect.
